What I Bring:
I build human-centered ecosystems for learning, knowledge, and performance, one system at a time. Whether I’m designing courses, architecting SharePoint knowledge hubs, refining processes, mentoring design talent, or transforming onboarding workflows across service lines, I bring order, clarity, intentionality, and care to every solution.

What Fuels Me:
I thrive in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments where collaboration is valued and structure is strategic. I’m most energized when designing systems that not only work, but connect people, simplify complexity, and scale effortlessly.
My Path Here:
Before discovering the world of instructional design, I spent seven years serving in local government, an experience that shaped my eye for process and passion for clarity. In 2016, I pursued my M.S.Ed. in Learning Design & Technology from Purdue University while interning at the KeelWorks Foundation and contributing to a startup design firm. These stepping stones laid the groundwork for my journey into building scalable learning systems and governance frameworks that equip organizations for sustained success.
Today, I lead with curiosity, strategy, and heart, creating learning ecosystems that aren’t just functional, but deeply intentional.

Olejnik (Olay-Nick)
Purdue University
Throughout the LD&T program, I learned the different approaches to learning along with the differences that can be found regarding techniques between individuals and organizations. My time with Purdue University molded and shaped my perspectives on the innerworkings of organizations and learner needs.

KeelWorks Foundation
Interning with Keel Works provided the opportunity to obtain a realistic and practical experience with instructional design.
Working with a group of fellow interns we began with a needs assessment and worked our way through the objectives, the learning assessment, the course structure, the phases of strategy, storyboarding, and development.
We encouraged to collaborate and ask questions in order to figure out how each of these modules worked. In the end, everything came together and we were able to see how our hard work connected to the final product.
